This is shown through things like road rage and workplace violence. Healthy stress gets us out of bed in the morning, distress on the other hand causes us to become irritable and angry. Substances that can increase stress and anger include sugar, caffeine, excess food and nicotine. Hypnobirthing£150.00This consists of 4 sessions (normally £40 per session but discounted for block booking). Are the horror stories of your friends/family birth stories making you anxious about giving birth.You have come to the right place for a way to help have a more relaxing natural birth using self-hypnosis.
